Ubuntu says we heal together. This is what that lo Ubuntu says we heal together. This is what that looks like.

Every story starts somewhere. Some are spoken. Some are carried in silence, until someone finally listens.

The Story That Heals is coming.

5 YEARS STRONG. 67 MINUTES STRONGER. 5 years ago 5 YEARS STRONG. 67 MINUTES STRONGER.

5 years ago, Heal SA was born with one belief: South Africa can be HEALED.

Today, on Mandela Day, we live that belief again.

Today we celebrate 5 years of Heal SA — 5 years of showing up, of mending what’s broken, of choosing love over division.

And on Mandela Day, we’re reminded of what Madiba taught us: “It is in your hands to make a difference.”

Through service. Through unity. Through hope.

Thank you to everyone who has healed, served, and believed with us.

The work continues. The healing continues.

There's a story that's been stitching itself together over months of listening, in our own words, in our own languages.

1 in 3 SA teens have been cyberbullied. That's not 1 in 3 SA teens have been cyberbullied. That's not a "some people" problem, that's someone in your group chat right now.

Your phone shouldn't feel like a threat. If it does, screenshot it, mute it, and tell someone. You don't have to sit with it alone.

Need to talk? We're here.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is exhale Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is exhale.
As South Africans, we're often taught to just keep pushing — brush it off, keep going. But healing starts with a safe space to actually feel. This iSON Xperience reminded us: inhale... exhale... relax.
